All publishing rights remain with the author. Since the website does not pay for fiction, therefore we hold no rights to it. However, if your work is accepted, you agree not to publish the work until it is deleted from web site. At your request, we will remove your work prior to the scheduled time. Fiction on will remain on the site for approximately two months. We keep archives of past issues. Stories may appear at a later date for a "Best Of..." listing.

When submitting your work, please include word count, genre, valid email address, and your name. They prefer (almost require!) that submitted work be in RTF format as an attachment. If you are having trouble with this, please send your fiction in TEXT format.
